That's right.
There is no gum here, bitches. Not in this blog, oh no. HELL. NO. There is only the beat, the blast, and the roar of Nick and Mai and their incredible crusade for asskicking fitness.
I'm starting the introductory post, Mai will do her half of this when she can, but I figured I would get us started.
So yes! We are getting fit, and rightly so because who doesn't want to be fit? Nobody, that's who. Mai told me of her quest to get healthy and sexy and I said "well I'll join you", WITHOUT HESITATION. I'm just too hardcore to hesitate. She instantly exploded in glee, and we began to plan our noble and honorable crusade. This blog is part of that plan, to record and remember the progress we make each...day? Week? We didn't discuss that yet. I think we should update it every week at least. This post is just to introduce what we're doing, it's not week one or day one or pictures or exercise routines or anything like that. That will come afterwords.
Anyway--YES! Through body weight exercise, intelligent fasting, determination--honor, truth, JUSTICE, AND THE POWER OF OUR EPIC AND TITANIC WILL, WE ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE VICTORY!!

Okay, so I'm not really sure what to say because Nick practically said it all! BUT! I would like to thank Onii-san for being so supportive and by even going as far as joining me. Such a nice big brother, eh? :)
Some of the hurdles on kicking off this blog was figuring out a sensible URL. Nick kept getting distracted and I kept rambling about _whatever_goes_on_in_my_RANDOM_PERVERTED_brain.
Since this is an introductory post, I guess we post our hopes and aspirations here. My first goal is to lose 10-15lbs a month and be what I weighed back in freshman year of high school by Thanksgiving. Sure 150 is still kinda heavy, but it was a weight that I felt comfortable with and hardly got sick (except for the yearly bronchitis during flu season). Ultimately, I'd like to be the recommended healthy 125 or so. By doing that, I would like to take the initiative to do more exercises, cut my caloric intake, and incorporate manageable detox fasts. I hope and pray that I can stay on track and continue to push myself to be motivated. And of course, Onii-san is going to have to push me too and do a lot of yelling in my ear about it. He is---THE WHITE BILLY BLANKS. Haha, jk jk.
I'm also thinking to do a vlog of my progress during my detox fasts. What do you think??
